Welcome to Sweet To The Soul, a cottage bakery run by two sisters in Lakeville, Minnesota. We bake in small batches from our home kitchen, which means everything you order was made by hand, by us, usually with a toddler or two supervising from a step stool. Browse the menu, place your order, and we'll have it ready fresh for pickup.

It Started In Grandma's Kitchen
Our best seller is the same cinnamon roll our grandma taught us to make when we were kids.
We spent our childhood in her kitchen, flour on the counters, learning her recipes the way she learned them before us. Those recipes are the backbone of this bakery.
When you order from us, you're getting something that's been made, tasted, and perfected across three generations of one family.
More Than A Sweet Tooth
We named this bakery Sweet To The Soul because we believe the best part of a treat isn't the sugar.
It's the birthday it shows up to, the neighbor it thanks, the hard week it makes a little lighter.
Our hope is that every box we hand off carries some extra encouragement with it.

Hey, I'm Heather! I live in Lakeville with my husband and our two kiddos, a five-year-old boy who never stops moving and a one-year-old girl who never stops watching him. If you've been to our stand, we've probably already met, because talking to people is honestly my favorite part of all of this. I love learning names, hearing stories, and watching regulars turn into friends. The baking brought us here, but the people are why I stay. And if you ever want to hear about the woman behind our recipes, just ask…Grams isn't only my grandma, she's my best friend.

Hi, I'm Bri! My husband and I live in Dundas with our two boys, a three-year-old and his brand-new baby brother. I'm usually the one covered in flour. I grew up standing at Grams' counter, and somewhere between then and now, baking stopped being something I did and became something I love. I know the mini cookie recipe by heart, and I'm not exaggerating when I say rolling out dozens of cinnamon rolls every week is my favorite thing. It never gets old!

We're a home-based pop-up bakery, so orders are available for pickup at our pop-up location on Saturday between 8am-12.

Under Minnesota Cottage Food law, we're not able to ship our goods. We may offer local delivery to neighboring zip codes, reach out before ordering and we'll see what we can do.

Cinnamon rolls are our specialty and the heart of everything we do. We also introduce a brand-new cinnamon roll flavor each week, so there's always something new to try alongside the classic.

Depending on the season, you might see zucchini bread, s'mores cookies, or rice crispy treats make an appearance. These rotate in and out, so if you see one you love, grab it while it's around.

We don't bake gluten free ourselves, but we sometimes partner with a local home baker who specializes in it. If you'd like to add gluten free items to your order, send us a message and we'll see if we can make it happen.

We bake in small batches and quantities are limited each week, so earlier is always better, especially if you're ordering for a specific date.
